With well matching of grinding mill and powder classifier,a complete grinding mill system will totally meet your production targets.The whole system work like this: with hopper feeding, a PEX fine jaw crusher (PEX 250*400 ) crushing the material into pieces within 15mm,then bucket elevator left the crushed gravels into main grinding mill which works with grinding roller and grinding ring,the final powder flow with cycling air get through the classifier that could be set at a high or low speed to make sure you will get the target fineness.The cycling air bring powder into cyclone collector and discharged by screw feeder.

 

Powder fineness can be controlled by air speed and air volume,and in glass cycling scope,we can change roller and classifier to make coarse glass gravel and powder for class recycling.
