Crusher is a commonly used sand making equipment in sand making production line, which has the function of crushing materials. Crusher structure is simple, easy to operate, widely used in highway, railway, construction, water conservancy and other industries. In the production process of machine-made sand, the production capacity of crusher can be improved through the following five points.

1.Strictly control the feeding size
When operating the jaw crusher, the feeding size shall be controlled so that the crusher does not jam or block. The raw material shall not exceed the maximum feed particle size specified by jaw crusher, otherwise, the cavity groove may be blocked easily, so that the equipment cannot operate normally for a long time. Therefore, it is one of the preconditions to ensure the normal operation of crusher to control the feed particle size of raw materials.

2.Strictly control the feeding quantity
When the crusher is feeding, in addition to controlling the size, attention should also be paid to the feeding quantity. The crusher works in a semi rhythmic state. If excessive materials are put in, it will cause that the materials are too late to be broken, and the broken materials are too late to be removed in time, which will cause the crusher to be blocked. Therefore, in order to control the feeding quantity, the broken or excessive feeding will affect the capacity of the crusher.

3.Rhythm feeding, control feeding
At present, most of the end chutes used in many crusher equipment are old, and 2 / 3 of the feeding equipment is exposed outside the bin. However, due to the remote location of the feeding port, the feeding equipment will become a vibrating chute, which will not only affect the feeding speed, but also increase the wear degree. The ideal feeding position should be within 1 / 3 of the top of the equipment.
During feeding, vertical feeding shall not be allowed, especially when dump truck is used for unloading, the vertical feeding will make the equipment lose the vibration ability, thus affecting the conveying effect, so it is necessary to adjust the appropriate cutting angle to ensure the smooth cutting.

4.Adjust feeder angle to improve screening function
Generally, the vibrating machine has grate bar and screening function, but in practical application, it is easy to block the grate bar in the screening process due to feeding angle, amplitude and other factors, thus losing the original efficiency. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the angle of feeder properly, give full play to the screening function of feeder and improve the screening function.

5.Reasonable adjustment of crusher discharge port
The size of the ore discharge opening of the crusher determines the processing capacity of the equipment. The jaw crusher is used as the coarse crushing equipment, and the size of the ore discharge opening should be based on the feeding particle size of the second stage crushing, and the size of the ore discharge opening cannot be adjusted arbitrarily.
