In artificial sand making and river sand cleaning,fine sand in 0-0.38mm, in construction ,the fine sand works very well,but they are easily lose in artificial sand making,that’s why we matching find sand recycling system in VSI sand making plant,let’s see how it works:

 

1- Crushed sand in 0-5mm with 6%-10% fine sand content.All of them are sent to vibrating screen for final separation.

2- In final screening ,we put a cleaning tube there to clean mud and dust,then and send them to sand washer.

3- Sand sized around 5mm be screened out after washing,and while fine sand and dust are kept in the water. 

4- Fine sand recycling machine have two main parts to separate fine sand and mud,the hydraulic cyclone and vibrating screen,the cyclone remove mud by action of gravity,while the fine sand be screened out as a final product.

 

The sand recycling will follow different rock crushing plant with regular fine sand content and final sand capacity,and right fit your production targets.
