1- Check wear out condition of feeding tube,impeller,upper and lower liner,liner and impact block,make sure every impact block in same weight whenever you change a new one.Check impeller rotary smoothly in same horizontal line,it means that the gear in good lubrication.

 

2- Check oil lubrication station before production,test the oil tube connection and oil concentration,lubrication system is protection of every gear and cooling of every wear part.

 

3- Adjust the pull belt into same length and drive shaft wheel in same strength.
