In winter when the temperature is low, in order to ensure the normal operation of the sand machine, especially pay attention to the correct maintenance, especially the lubrication and maintenance of the equipment. Therefore, when choosing lubricating oil, we also pay attention to:

1.We know that the volume of the sand machine and the capacity of the oil tank are not large, and the oil temperature is relatively high when working. Therefore, it is required that the lubricating oil has better thermal stability and oxidation resistance, as well as better rust, corrosion and emulsion resistance, so as to ensure the normal operation of the sand machine.

2.In addition, many sand making machines work in the open air, so it is required that the viscosity of the lubricating oil should be small with the change of temperature. It is necessary to avoid that when the temperature is high, the viscosity of the oil becomes too low, so that the lubricating film cannot be formed, and the lubricating effect cannot be played. It is also necessary to avoid that when the temperature is low, the viscosity is too high, so that it is difficult to start and operate.

3.In addition, due to the relatively dry winter climate, in some places prone to fire, it is required to use a good fire-resistant lubricant (fire-resistant liquid), not combustible mineral oil. It is required that the lubricant has good adaptability to the seal to avoid damage to the seal.

In addition, in daily use and maintenance, there should be correct methods to protect the machine in normal working condition.

1.In winter, when the sand machine equipment is ready to start up, the corresponding operators and managers shall learn the relevant knowledge and problems of winter construction in advance, and make plans for materials, accessories and maintenance of winter construction to ensure the smooth progress of winter construction.

2.Every day before the machine is running, the machine shall be checked comprehensively, and the start switch shall be preheated sufficiently.
3. When the air temperature is lower than zero, the gearbox oil and lubricating oil of reinforcement machinery, air compressor, ground pump, tower crane, sand making machine, etc. shall be replaced with more than - 25 × lubricating oil to ensure normal operation.

Because of the large temperature difference between day and night, it is required that the change of viscosity of lubricating oil with temperature should be small. It is not only necessary to avoid that when the temperature is high, the viscosity of oil becomes too low, so that the lubricating film cannot be formed, and the lubricating effect cannot be played, but also to avoid that when the temperature is low, the viscosity is too high, so that it is difficult to start and operate.

4.To improve the balance accuracy of the rotor. The rotor of sand making machine has large mass and high speed. The casting deviation of rotor body and the quality deviation caused by the installation of plate hammer will cause unbalanced centrifugal force when the rotor rotates.
If the diameter of the rotor body is small, the quality of the plug plate on both sides of the rotor body can be changed for balance. If the rotor body diameter is large, the counterweight can be welded on the outer wall of the rotor. In order to prevent the counterweight from falling in the process of vibration, several rows of grooves can be cast in a proper position, the counterweight can be inlaid in them, and then welded, which is both firm and beautiful.

5.When the ground pump is laid in the pipeline, the principle of short circuit, few elbows and tight joints shall be followed. The pump pipes of the ground pump and the Distributor shall be tightly connected to ensure no slurry leakage. In case of low temperature or cold current, the pump pipe shall be insulated and wrapped with rubber and plastic insulation materials.
Before pumping concrete, start the machine to wet the whole pipeline with hot water, and ensure the continuous operation of concrete when pumping concrete. In case of failure, the stop time shall not be more than 45 minutes or the concrete segregation occurs, the residual concrete in the pipe shall be cleaned immediately, and the residual ash and water shall be cleaned in time.

6.Specially assigned person shall be responsible for the removal of water, ice and snow deposits, sundries, etc. on the site of the stone washing machine to ensure that there is no water and ice on the site of the stone washing machine

7.Under the condition of low temperature in winter, the tension of the conveyor belt will be affected to a certain extent, and there may be cracks. During the working process of the sand making machine, it is necessary to ensure that the length of the triangle belt on both sides is equal and the force is even, so as to avoid a series of problems such as the fracture of the conveyor belt caused by the different tension and the impact on the production line. If there is a problem, it should be replaced in time.
