As a commonly used crushing equipment, many customers don't pay much attention to the cleaning work of the crusher when using it, but if the crusher is not cleaned for a long time, it will have an impact on the operation of the equipment, so the cleaning work is also an important part of the maintenance of the crusher. Shanzhuo heavy industry will introduce the cleaning work of the crusher to you, mainly including five aspects:

1.Clean the belt
Check whether there is any oil stain on the belt and pulley. If there is, wipe the belt and pulley with a clean rag in time without any stain or dust.

2.Clean the inlet and outlet
Check the inlet and outlet to see if there is any residual material from the last work of the crusher. If so, handle it in time to ensure the cleanness and tidiness of the outlet and inlet, otherwise it may affect the quality of the finished product

3.Clean the inside of crushing chamber
Check whether there are other debris in the crushing chamber of the crusher. Pay attention to disconnect the power supply before cleaning. When opening the inside of the crushing chamber, first clean up the surrounding surplus materials, and then clean up the surplus materials on the hammer head; because there are lining plates in the crushing chamber, When selecting the rotating cutter head, the metal materials will grind off some paint on the lining plate, so we also need to check whether there are impurities and paint on the inner wall of the crushing chamber; when cleaning, we need to use cleaning tools such as towel and brush to clean. After cleaning the materials in the equipment, we can use 75% ethanol to clean, and then the crushing chamber can be closed. The cleaning of crushing chamber shall be carried out before the startup of the equipment to reduce the load during the startup of the equipment.

4.Clean the outside of crusher
For the cleaning of the outside of the crusher, it is mainly the cleaning of the shell surface and the ground. The main purpose of the crusher cleaning is to prevent the crusher from blocking and other problems, and to ensure the normal operation of the crusher.

5.Clean the bearing of crusher
In addition to the above parts, the bearing of the equipment shall be cleaned. If there is any attachment on the bearing, the heat dissipation of the bearing will be affected. If the heat dissipation effect is poor, the bearing temperature will rise, which will affect the service life and performance of the equipment. If it is serious, it will cause accidents and safety problems of the equipment. Therefore, if there is any attachment on the bearing, it shall be cleaned in time, and the attachment of fine sand shall also be cleaned It is the same to ensure the smooth and stable operation of the bearing.

The cleaning work of crusher shall be in the charge of specially assigned person, and the cleaning of equipment shall be arranged in a planned and step-by-step manner. The maintenance of crusher must be carried out in accordance with the principle of "both maintenance and repair, and prevention first". Regular maintenance and compulsory maintenance shall be carried out, and the relationship between use, maintenance and repair shall be properly handled.
