Applicable materials:

Granite, the main component of the continental crust, is a kind of igneous rock formed by the condensation of magma under the surface, which belongs to the deep intrusive rock. Granite is not easy to be weathered, beautiful in color, and its appearance color can be maintained for more than 100 years. Besides being used as high-grade architectural decoration and hall floor, it is also the choice material for outdoor sculpture.

Basic process of granite production line
The processing of granite can be divided into three stages: coarse crushing of jaw crusher, medium fine crushing of cone crusher and sand shaping of sand making machine.
First stage: coarse crushing
The granite bulk material is fed uniformly by vibrating feeder through the silo, and transported to jaw crusher for coarse crushing. The coarse crushed material is screened by vibrating screen, and then transported to cone crusher for medium and fine crushing by belt conveyor.
The second stage: medium and fine crushing
The granite transported to the cone breaking will be screened by the circular vibrating screen after the medium and fine crushing, and the materials greater than or equal to 40mm will be returned to the cone breaking for crushing again.
The third stage: Sand Making
The crushed granite particles less than 40 mm are sent to the sand making machine for further crushing and shaping, and the materials greater than or equal to 20 mm are returned to the sand making machine for further fine crushing. Materials less than 20 mm are sent to the circular vibrating screen for screening and packaging. If clean granite is needed, it can be sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning.
