Process flow - customizable according to actual situation 

1.The raw material of granite is conveyed to jaw crusher by vibration feeder for rough crushing operation.

2.After coarse crushing, the granite gravel enters the cone crusher for fine crushing, and then uses the vibrating screen for screening operation. The qualified material flows into the next process, and the unqualified material returns to the cone crusher for further crushing.

3.After fine crushed granite pebbles enter the sand making machine for sand processing, qualified sand and gravel are then cleaned by sand washing machine and then transported by conveyor to the finished warehouse, that is, finished products.

4.Sand washing machine can be added according to the actual needs of users.
