Generally speaking, the whole grinding production line can be roughly divided into three steps: crushing, grinding and powder selection. The specific steps are as follows:

Step 1: Crushing
The mined kaolin material is crushed by jaw crusher to the fineness (15mm-50mm) that can enter the pulverizer.

Step 2: Grinding
After crushing, the fine kaolin is sent to the bin by the elevator, and then sent to the grinding room of Raymond mill for grinding by the vibrating feeder.

Step 3: Powder selection
The milled materials are graded by the powder concentrator. The unqualified powder is graded by the powder concentrator and returned to the main machine for grinding again. The fineness powder flows through the pipeline with air into the dust collector for separation and collection, and then is packed and bagged.
