Andesite is a neutral extrusive rock, which is second only to basalt. The rocks are generally gray, grayish green, lavender or purplish red, in which there are a small amount of plagioclase, hornblende, pyroxene and biotite phenocrysts, and the phenocrysts are often oriented, because the magma is cooled in the flow. Andesite also has pores and almond structure.
Process flow of andesite crushing production line:
The materials are sent to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing in the raw material bin through the feeder, and then to the cone crusher for medium crushing or fine crushing. The crushed products are screened by the vibrating screen, and the large materials are returned to the cone crusher for re crushing, forming a closed-circuit circulation, and those less than 40mm enter the vertical impact crushing. The vertical impact broken materials are screened by the vibrating screen, and those larger than 20 mm are returned to the vertical impact crusher for crushing, forming a closed-circuit circulation. The materials smaller than 20 mm are transported to the finished material pile by the belt conveyor. According to the cleanliness of the raw materials, 0-5 mm materials can be sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning.
